TUKZ REPORTS: Commando dies during training at Melrose Air Force Range

SANTA FE, N.M. —An air commando died Monday during a training exercise at Melrose Air Force Range near Cannon Air Force Base.

Two commandos were injured during a utility task vehicle accident in which a utility vehicle rolled. One was treated at a local hospital and released.

The other, Sgt. Jordan Lewis, was airlifted to the hospital but died a day later.

Lewis is survived by his parents, wife and children.
